This is the original Slinky(R) fabric, exactly as it was make in 1991. It is made of 94% Acetate and 6% Spandex and weighs 12-12.5 ounces per linear yard. It is constructed as a 1X1 rib on an 18 cut 30 inch diameter machine. Every single roll of unfinished fabric is individually inspected before and after dyeing to check for defects.
